From our initial interaction with Joe Cocuzza who helped inform us about Saltwater’s attributes as we toured model homes (down to earth, relaxed (no pressure), very informative), to the design phase with Rob Booher (good listener, intuitive to our preferences, outstanding design ideas, responsive) to Nichole Waltman who was our contact throughout the build (informative, kept up on our build schedule, responsive to issues as they came up, patient with our questions) to Art Tucker who kept things moving at the build site (identified issues and found solutions for them, handled anything he could immediately (which was quite a bit, he is proficient in many trades), responsive to our questions/concerns), we who had never gone through the process of building a custom home were grateful for the professional, friendly, and down to earth style of Saltwater.

Saltwater builds wonderful homes. They are helpful throughout the whole process. They pick the best subcontractors to meet their quality standards. Rob listens to your details when working with your needs and wants for the floor plan. Nichole is on top of things in the office and is quick to get questions answered, something done, and pays attention that the details are correct. Rocky is perfect as a site manager. He kept on top of things to keep the project on schedule and was very keen to the details to make sure everything was done top notch.

I highly recommend them as your custom home builder. They are wonderful. They include a lot in their homes that most builders don’t.

We have moved into our new home just over a year. Our home is wonderfully built by Saltwater Homes. Robbie, Nichole, Ricky stayed on top of every detail, overcoming many challenges in the last few years with top notch completion & great follow up. Would not hesitate to use their service again.

We are living our Best Life in Paradise in our Saltwater Custom Home in Palm Coast... We met their Sales Rep Joe in their decorated model, and we were impressed with the quality, value and attention to detail of the model. From there Joe helped us find an intracoastal waterfront lot in a luxury community and then a wonderful rental home to live in during the construction. Joe introduced us to Robbie who spent hours with us patiently working out every custom detail of our new Waterfront Pool Home during a time of some unplanned personal adversity for us. The entire Saltwater Homes staff was great working with us through every phase of the planning and construction. After several years in our new home they are now building a house for my sister in the same community. Highly Recommended!

This is the second house Saltwater built for my family. The design phase, before construction begins, went smoothly. Rob has a natural ability to sense what you want and making changes during this phase was effortless. His high-level knowledge and expertise are apparent.

Rob’s entire team is professional, experienced and easy to work with-very accommodating. The construction process went just as smoothly. Most of his subs have been working with him for years, and that says a lot about this home builder. The superintendent who was assigned to us was great: on the job and always kept us informed. The little extras that were put in our home really make a difference. His painters and trim carpenters did an excellent job and our home shows it.

I feel that I made the right decision to go with Saltwater. How often do you hear about a good experience building a house? If you’re still talking to the builder at the end, that is unusual! We are extremely happy with the final product.

Saltwater finished our custom home in Feb 2022. Yes, it took longer than we would have liked, during Covid, but we don’t hold that against them. The workmanship is excellent, and the overall cost was as expected. There were no surprises, and that’s what you always want when building a custom home. Would build with them again for sure.

This was an absolute turn-key experience. We lived out of state while building this home. The building process and expectations were explained and discussed. As a result, timelines were met, and concerns and questions were resolved and answered immediately. Their long-standing relationship with all vendors was evident. Saltwater was solely responsible and kept the process moving on time. All work was executed to the highest degree of craftsmanship. The wonderful experience we had did not end the day we moved in. Communication with the builder and staff continues on a regular basis to ensure our satisfaction.
